I have filed ITR for AY 2016-17 and forgot to file return for AY 2015-16. Can I file the same now???

Section 139 (4) allows to file ITR before the expiry of one year from the end of relevant assessment year.
For Example for AY. 2015-16 Belated Return can be filed up to 31st March 2017.
