ITR File for the fy-2012-13
Respected sir....My query is..My uncle has filed ITR ,,Last in fy-2011-12 ..by offline ..now can I file ITR For the FY-2016-17, or I have to filed all the return...

Abhi.. You can only file ITR for FY 15-16 and 16-17. You are time barred to file earlier returns unless you receive a notice from Income tax department to do so.

My uncle has received a demand of Rs-982 for the fy-2012-13..but then his income was less than threshold limit...my question is ,,shall I filed his return for the FY-12-13
