please tell me which itr filled by a person who have some tution income and the some interest income
and also if filled itr 4 tell me the code for the tution income .

Yes , You have to file ITR - 4
Code for Tuition Income shall be 1001- Other Sector

what about code 705 Computer training/educational and coaching institutes
Yes, if somebody is providing tuition services under any institute's name then code 705 is more suitable.
But if you are not providing under any institute's name , then other sector should be mentioned because in code 705, you will be needed to mention the Institute's Name.
