Which ITR will be applicable for Nurses and Paramedical staff's ,Can I file ITR4 if then in 44AD Or 44ADA.

Yes, ITR4 can be used u/s. 44ADA.
Are you salaried employee ?? TDS deducted under section 194J ? IF tds deducted under section 194J then file ITR 3, if you are salaried employee and TDS deducted under section 192 then file ITR 1
