ITR Applicability
one of my client is having B&P income from courier service having GST number on his PAN as well as he is also doing job in one of company as an employee, so question is which ITR is applicable to him for both business income & salary income drawn by him under company.His turnover in business is around 10 lac p.a and his salary income is around 5 lac p.a

Can file ITR4
Either you can file ITR 3 or itr 4
ITR 4 is for presumptive business profession Income

no there is no different assessment . both things can be assessed Simultaneously and will be shown under one ITR only.

Yes... You can file both income under that Form (ITR 4). Business income fall under the criteria of 44ad...
