If an assessee has lost his ITR acknowledgement (ITR filed manually), what is the procedure for getting the copy of the ITR from the IT Deaprtment?

Write to IT Dept jurisdictional officer and you will get the copy.
go to income tax office in your particuar ward along with your your pan and a covering letter they will provide the photocopy of the same.
Is there any fees that needs to be deposited along with the application?
