ITR Ack Copy and Details not Visible even after Successfully submitting and verify the Return

I have successfully file IT Return for fy21-22. But it is neither reflecting in the portal nor have i received any mail or confirmation or any message on Mobile Number.. When I checked for "View E Filed returns" for downloading Acknowledgement for the same, there's no ITR details visible at all.. I have successfully verified the return and the screen showed "Your return has been verified successfully", then why I am unable to see the details of the same? Please guide me on this 🙏
