Yes you can and the last day for the same is 31.03.2011. However penalty can be levied of Rs. 5,000/- is tax payable is outstanding u/s 271F
there is no any outstanding (tax payble).
You May File Return Today too as a Belated return....
Last Date For Same is 31/03/2011..........
A Penalty of Rs. 5000/- will Be levied.............is You Have Any Tax Liability.I Mean Your File is Taxable......
and No Loss will Be Carried Forward...
and No refund of TDS can Be Claimed.............
If there is no tax liability, then penalty will not levied.

then penalty is levied
