The time limit for filing any return for AY 12-13, Regular or belated is expired on 31/3/2014. If you file a return now, it be only under 142 or 148. If you file a manual return now, it will be processed and closed only after proceedings u/s 148 read with 143
ITR -7 for AY 2012-13 was to be filed offline. So that gives you a bit of lee-way. contact the AO and request him to issue 142(1) notice.
