Hi,
A company is liable for tax audit.
It has not been conducted yet since the due dt is extended to 30.11.2014.
How to fill the tax audit info in ITR 6 and whther we shld tick Are you audited under S.44AB while uploading..

If you hav completed audit then u hav to give audit report date if audit is not completed then u hav to select unaudited p& l and b/s
