Dear Sirs/Madams,
What is the last date for submitting ITR-4S for assessment year 14-15? And what would be last date for submitting late return? Is it one year after completion of assessment year, i.e. 31/03/2016? Will there be any delay for TDS refund if I file late return?

Last date for submitting of ITR 4s is 31/07/2014 with the benefit of loss c/f and 31/03/2015 with no loss c/f benefit u/s 139 (1)
however as per u/s 139 (4) we can file return upto to 31/06/2016 with a penalty clause u/s 271 F i.e penalty of Rs. 5000/-
