previous year I filed ITR3 Under section 44AA proper books of accounts with balance sheet and pNL account. so please suggest can Current FY i go for Under presumptive income section 44AD ( FILe ITR4)

In last 5 years have you filed in 44AD before? If yes then you can't file and if no then you can file
