Dear All kindly help me i got commission from Pvt Company they issued from no 16A , no other source of income my TDS deducted amount is Rs 34000. can i get refund this full amount & which ITR form is suitable for filing?

ITR-1 is apllicable in your case, if you have no other income other than commission, and you can get the full amount as refund

HI Friend

as ou told me you got commission from a private limited company on which tds is deducted you have no other income than file itr no. 2 and shoewincome as income from other sourses and claim refund after tax settlement if any (if income exceed 200000)...

sorry yaar ITR-1 is only interest and family pension,,,,,,,........... Go for ITR-2

if you are showing incoime as other source file ITR 2 or showing as business / profession income file itr 4.. about refund : u can claim expenses against your income .. deduct investment u/c VI .... calculate tax on taxable income and then calculate refund amounnt...
