Itr 4 forms availability

So far, there has not come any notification for the release of ITR-4. But, it is expected that ITR 4 will be released in last week of July. The last date of filing return for AY 2015-16 is 31st Aug 2015 in case there is no auditing of accounts. If there is auditing of accounts then the last date of filing return is 31st Sep, 2015.

I guess you fall in the second category (requires auditing of account). If yes, then you have lot of time to file your return.

I belong to category where auditing is not required. Since forms will be available late july , I will get only one month for filling.May be dept will extended deadline.
