we are doing trading and less than 50 lakhs
I have filled my return under section 44AD in last year
can I file same for this year, we have less than turnover as prescribed by department
please let me know

Whatever be your turnover, you can continue to file ITR 4 u/s. 44AD of IT act...
Yes, Only Intraday & F&O trading in shares, but not investment in MF or delivery based shares.
