ITR 1313 views 1 replies

Hi,

We are having an client who is an advocate and doesn't maintained his books. But in his last AY ITR - 4 he has disclosed his B/s. Whether we need to continue the balance sheet which is not required incase of regular books not mainained or else we can leave it blank and file his ITR-4 return.

Also, if AO ask any details of bills/books at that time what will be the case since he hasn't maintained his books.

Please suggest.

Thanks,

Girish
