Depends upon nature of deduction.... if it was for profession fees (insted of 94J deducted under 94C) you can ask deductor to rectify the return........ or for what purpose TDS deducted u/s. 194C?

Better to declare aggregate income under Sec. 44ADA itself.

Though query may be raised, may be as defective return, but you can reply about the assessment of aggregate income under sec. 44ADA.

If you had not declared the income earlier, accept the defect......... or justify your claim as replied earlier.
