If the turnover is Rs. 1.10 cr & profit as per *books of account* is 9% .. can he file itr 4 under presumptive scheme ???

Nature of business?

If eligible business under sec, 44AD...... run by eligible assessee....... then yes.....

yes eligible business- retailer
yes eligible assessee -individual
