Am filling ITR 4 for a small business. Total gross receipts 16 lakhs and total expenses 395622. Creditors outstanding 683654.
So now how to calculate that tax amount and how to file the return...
please let me know...

Yes.. You are exactly correct. Also you can file as per *ITR 4s*.
ITR 4S option not is there in online for the a y 2017-18. How to file ITR 4s

It's mean you ll file ITR 4 is per previous year's ITR 4S... Both are same...
In AY 17-18 the ITR 4S changed to ITR 4
