Dear all,
Why on Windows 8, (java/IE-latest) ITR-4 Java utility, if I touch cursor on buttons they all ink blue and disappear one by one? entire page?! JAM!
Why if I scroll down, page whitens and JAM!
Why can't I save the work except in some draft form AND THAT DRAFT CAN'T BE RETRIEVED FOR MODIFICATION?
No suggestions of other softwares please, let us solve this one. Any experts here?

I have managed to save and retreive XML.
The problem of screen freezing and whitens; and then buttons going into shades of different color persists. However, I can quit and then retreive saved file which is intact.
My question is why all this when excel was simple enough and
the computation could be cross checked!
