previous year there was an agricultural income and i filed my return using itr 2, this year there was no such income(agricultural) can i file my return using itr 4, is it possible to change my itr forms yearly....

Itr 4 can be filed when you have income from business and profession. If you have such type of income then you can file itr 4
You can change itr yearly depending upon type of your income
ITR forms depends on type of income and information to be provided
