Dear All,
My uncle is returned from America Last Year. He lived there for more than 15years. He now came back here for permanently on last year. He is doing his medical profession here as a consulting doctor in different hospital in which his tds is deducted on his payment under section 194J. Now he wants to file his income tax return through online. So my question is that
1. which income tax return form should be filed ?
2. Any for information required to be given to INcome tax department ?
Kindly give me relevant information.
