RD of GST can file either of ITR3 or ITR4 depending upon eligibility and the nature of assessment.
ITR4 can be used only for presumptive assessment; otherwise ITR3 is universal.

Filling return for an assessee having aggregate income above BEL is mandatory.
But selection of ITR is based on its applicability.
