The common offline utility for ITR3 is still not available.
How can I file ITR3 for AY 2021-2022?

An Individual or HUF who is earning income as a partner of a partnership firm which is engaged in a business/profession is not eligible to file ITR-3.

What if a partner of a partnership firm is also having a proprietorship? In that case only option is to file ITR3 since ITR2 does not have profit from business or profession section???
