Wait for some time
An Individual or HUF who is earning income as a partner of a partnership firm which is engaged in a business/profession is not eligible to file ITR-3.
Till now ITR-3 filing not allowed by IT Portal, so wait for update. Same will be available till second week of Augist

What if a partner of a partnership firm is also having a proprietorship? In that case only option is to file ITR3 since ITR2 does not have profit from business or profession section???
