Hello everyone, I am a doctor and also did some intraday trading. While i try to fill my ITR-3 , sec 44AD and Sec 44ADA in Sec-BP is greyed out. How to fill it. Thanks in advance

You should use ITR 4.
What if he is liable to file ITR-3 for other reasons.How shall a person show deemed 44AD profit in ITR 3 where profits as per Section 44ad are higher than P/L and the assessee wants to pay tax on deemed income.The ITR3 asks for profit as per profit & loss a/c in no accounts case but doesnot give option to compare profits as per section 44AD. Please guide how to fill in ITR 3?
