hi working for a college as part time lecturer and my income is below 1 lakh on this amount my employer has already deducted tax and payment is considered as 194j how do i claim refund should i file my return through ITR1 or ITR2 i dont have any other income.

though both itr are applicable to you... it is better that you use itr 1 and show your income under the head other sources.
