I have a query regarding my income tax return for assessment year 2013-2014.
Actually i had submitted ITR-V for assessment year 2013-2014 on 31st aug'13. but I forgot to furnish hard copies of this to CPC banglore. till now i have not sent them the copies which was suppose to be sent within 120 days.
my query is can i furnish itr-v to bangalore now. will they accept/acknowledge/ Thank you very much in advance.

The last date of filing ITR for AY 2013-14 was 5th august. Even after filing the belated return, ITR-V acknowledgement was not sent within 120 days. You will have to file belated return again.
File the Belated Return as rightly said by Mr Mihir
send again itr-V..
send by speed post so you can track and ensure that they receive...
no need to file return again.. they will accept it..
so, don't worry..
It's up to you
1) whether you can file a belated return and send it by post or,
2) you can send the return you have earlier filed
Both will be accepted at CPC.
But the Income Tax E-filing guidelines says that you have to send the filed return within 120 days or else file a belated return and send it again
