Download the latest utility ver. v-1.0.10, available, re-process the schedules, finally validate; the problem would be solved.

Thanks for your quick response, but I have filled the online version. Let me give it a try with offline version.
Online version is not fully functional, may be because of overloading.
Offline version working smoothly, and such glitches are not created. Good Luck...
Thanks it worked. I was successfully able to upload the returns via the offline utility.
