ITR-2 (Shares & Securities) related Guidance REQUESTED

Sir/s

I need your valuable guidance in the following matters. Mainly these are pertaining to ITR-2 Return Form.

(1).

What is the difference between “Demat Holding” and “My portfolio” which appears in demat account screen of the bank. Are these TWO should be the same?

(2).

In ITR-2, one has to show figure/amount of Shares & Securities. Which amount is to be shown in this column? Figure under  “Demat Holding” OR figure under “My portfolio” ?

(REFERENCE: ITR-2, Schedule AL, Asset & Liabilities, Section (B) (iv) , Financial Asset, (b) Shares & Securities)

THANKS in anticipation.

Regards
