Hi Sir,
When i am filing my ITR-2 by 16-08-2018 it is charging penalty u/s 234F, why this error is occuring when the due date extended. The same error experiencing even after filling new ITR-2 Utility from Income Tax website.

Same problem occured when I was filing ITR 2 on 1st August 2018.Actually penalty wont come as the due date was extended.Dont worry.Download new version of utility and file it again.
In new version they have still not removed this penalty.
