THIS YEAR AY-2018-19 (JAVA) IS NOT FUNCTIONING PROPERLY. TDS-2 IS NOT SHOWING DEDUCTION FOR THE YEAR 2017, BALANCE B/F PROBLEM CROPS UP, PREVIOUS YEAR XML IS NOT ACCEPTING.

Yes, correct..... It required to be manually filled now, till further upgradation.

Yes, try to remove '0' from column 6...... i.e. brought forward amount .........
Department is trying hard to upgrade, but still such difficulties.....
