Iam facing a problem in filing ITR2 in capital gain section.
I have sold a she'd but while entering data iam facing the problems not below :
1. Iam 50% owner of the property and got 50% payment I. e. 15 lakhs but SFT reflecting in my 26AS is 30lakhs then how to show this. Iam showing as per my balance sheet ownership and recieved consideration of 15 lakhs- Iam right or should follow other step
2. While calculating capital gain system is calculating the indexation cost automatically but the cost of improvement is not getting added up and it is showing higher amount of capital gain. Please suggest remedy for it or can put up the cost of improvement in the column EXPENSES RELATED TO TRANSFER after which the calculation capital gain is matching my calculation.
Please help me out to sort out problem.

Unless the purchaser of the shed doesn't rectify the TDS details in his report, you will not be able to file correctly.
Even if you file with exact amount, which you have received, you will need to justify yourself when query raised by ITD, in future.
