Hi,
Suppose a person is working for a firm, and has a FORM 16. Apart from that he just did one day work for someone and got another FORM 16 but nature of payment says : 194C i.e. for contractor. This second income is just near 10K and is one time.
Should that person file ITR1 or ITR 4 ?
