ITR-1 Java offline utility upload error
in Java offline utility ITR-1, There is problem with upload of XML file with Java utility.

Dear,
There is problem for uploading most of the ITRs.
But check whether your ITR utility is latest...... downloaded after 07/07/2018.
If yes, let internet connectivity stabilize...... or go on trying.......
