I am working as accountant for fertilizer shops. before GST I am maintained item based for fertilizers and ledger based for pesticides as purchase of pesticides and sales of pesticides. May I continue the same way now in GST Regime

Since HAN-wise summary is required under GST it's better to record quantities of your trading transaction.
