If we have tax invoice of purchase and we have already taken the credit of the same in GSTR-3b of 17-18, However, same is not reflecting in GSTR-2a, can we avail the same in GSTR9
what to do in this scenario, we can't follow all the vendors.

If the Sellers failed to upload ur gstin in gstr 1That u availed itc becomes Ineligible U have pay that after u filed gstr 9
you have to follow such vendors and the whole liability for the not reported invoice is on you as you are taking ITC of it in your records
But we have tax invoice and its mistake of vendor, so what to do in that case
tell them to upload same invoice else if thrs any liability then you have to pay it then only your annual returns will be filed..ask them to pay that penalty amount to you if they fail to upload that invoice..its compulsory
