Sales to the units located in Special Economic Zones are Zero rated Sales (u/s. 2(47) of the APVAT Act, 2005), and shall not be eligible for Input Tax Credit under Section 8(c) and 13(5)(d) of APVAT Act, 2005.
Kindly confirm the same with your valuable comments / clarifications.

Can u please tell me abt any similar provision for eou. In the AP Vat act i have not found any such direct benefit to eou.
