ITC REVERSAL ON EXEMPT SUPPLY

I am a registered person and m taxable or exempt dono products purchase v karata hu or sale v but mera esa koi v itc nhi hai to exempt goods k use m aaraha hai... to kya mughe fir v reversal karana hoga itc ka qki mughe notice aaya hai itc reversal ka... please give me a suggestions with section & rules...
