Quick Summary
This discussion clarifies the rules around claiming Input Tax Credit (ITC) on vehicle purchases under GST. Generally, ITC is claimable on commercial vehicles used for the supply of goods. However, it is not applicable to passenger vehicles (cars), even if used for business purposes, unless you are in the business of selling vehicles or providing motor training.

If Vehicle is Goods carriage (i.e commercial vehicles) than you are right, you can claim.

But if vehicle is passenger vehicles, than its wrong, you can not claim ITC on passenger vehicle except your are a vehicle dealer, runing moter training classes ect..
I use the vehicle for supplying of goods
Pawan ji, if you are using vehicle for Supply of Goods and that vehicle is Goods carriage Vehicle (i.e commercial vehicle) than you are right.

But if it's car, and you are using it for Supply of Goods, than also ITC is not applicable.
