If the amount is subtantial and you are going to capitalise it then you wont get credit of ITC on tiles purchsed as it part of blocked credit as per sec 17 (5) of CGST act.According to which no ITC shall be available if goods and service received for construction of immovable property (incl repairs and renovation).
