Quick Summary
This discussion clarifies whether e-commerce sellers can claim Input Tax Credit (ITC) on GST charged by their suppliers for shipping goods to their warehouse. The consensus is yes, you can claim ITC on these shipping charges. This applies even if you do not separately charge shipping fees to your customers, as these costs are considered part of your overall business expenses.

Are you E Commerce opretor or selling the goods through E.commerce opretor ?.

Assuming  you are selling the goods through E.commerce operator, so you can take ITC.

Yes you can claim ITC . even though you don't charge the same to your customer but it is included in your cost
