our company purchased new land recently we going to construct it now for this we made some Pooja..now my question is we took photo shoot for this during Pooja...shall we take ITC on photo shoot?

In my opinion not allowed...due to this service is not use of furtherance of business and co-related with construction of immovable property.

If the vendir gives gst bill and it sustains the business then it is available.
