Sir I want to know that can we claim ITC on mobile phone purchase for personal use

No.Unfortunately, you cannot claim Input Tax Credit (ITC) on a mobile phone purchase for personal use. Here's why: 1. *Personal use*: ITC is only available for business purposes, not personal use. 2. *Exempted goods*: Mobile phones are exempted from GST, so no GST is charged on their purchase. 3. *No GST paid*: Since no GST is paid on the purchase, there's no ITC to claim. However, if you're a business owner and purchase a mobile phone for official use, you may be able to claim ITC on the GST paid, subject to certain conditions: 1. *Business use*: The mobile phone should be used exclusively for business purposes. 2. *GST registration*: Your business should be registered under GST. 3. *GST invoice*: Ensure you have a GST invoice for the purchase.

No , you Can not take input tax credit ,as it's blocked credit under section 17(5)(g) of the CGST Act .( please refer ) .
