No. He can not claim ITC.
If co. has gst no. in maharashtra , he can take credit of cgst and sgst, but if he has only no. in hyderabad, than i think co. can take credit of cgst but not of sgst
No,

party can claim ITC of only cgst.
In GST3B returns, if you enter in cgst column, sgst column also automatically entered then how can you claim cgst?!!
Dear vinod sir,
In ITC reversal tab we can reverse Sgst...if we enter in sgst it will not get reflect in Cgst...

so reveal is possible without affecting Cgst..
my opinion is different , when only having properties in other state and no fixed establishment in other state, registered dealer raised the invoice in IGST, Kindly refer caclubindia website such example clearification provided on website.
Thank you all of you
He can not claim ITC
