ITC on GST paid for Repairs and maintenance of forklift(which is not a motar vehicle)
ITC shall not be available on Repairs and maintenance on motar vehicles ( after amendment ) . But forklift is not a motar vehicle since it is used in factories exclusively. So can we claim claim ITC on gst paid for repairs and maintenance of those forklifts.

Yes, it would be under plant and machinery.
After amendment yes but no notification has notified yet.
