Quick Summary
This discussion clarifies how to show Input Tax Credit (ITC) for capital goods in your GSTR-3B return. If you are solely engaged in taxable supplies, you can claim the entire ITC amount in the first month of purchase. There's no need to spread it over 60 months as previously thought under older regulations.

If u have only taxable supply then you can take whole input tax as itc in the 1st year itself.
Ya if u engaged outward supply then u can itc fully and there is no such cenvet concept like erstwhile itc claim
of 50% remain next
If your are engaged supply of taxable goods/Services , full credit Rs. 50k can avail in one shot in 3B
You can fully availed ITC on capital goods
