Dear friends,
we have not taken ITC of Rs. 300 on a bill for the month October 2017. We were not taken even in the month September 2018 GSTR-3B.
At present GST office people said they will raise a demand to disallow this amount. we have no credit carried forward for this amount.
My problem is how to honor the demand - whether pay cash (or) taken ITC in the current month for Rs. 300 and then surrender to them against the demand for 300.
If we pay in cash, it will be double payment of tax. please guide us in this issue.
Thanking you all
