With respect, we have 4 purchase M/o July Bill received in august and we have not taken these 4 Bills ITC of Rs, 3,39,125/- in july GSTR 3B, we decided these 4 bill taken in m/o. july GSTR 2 and adjust the credit, but as per current notification we can't file GSTR2 so we can't receive ITC m/o July.
So can we taken these 4 Bills ITC of Rs. 3,39,125/- in the M/o- November GSTR 3B, plese suggest me how can we avail these 4 bill ITC

no officially you cant because your supplier must be uploaded their return gstr 1 they showed it bill details so wait some government doing work gstr2. other thing lot of client of mine having this problem wair some time
Sir, supplier uploaded these 4 Bills in their july gstr 1 return
U can take itc for that amount in next month gstr3b... Bcz u already deposit excess tax which shouldn't have to be deposited... That will be carried forward in gstr3 and later month it can be adjusted..
As per GSt @ GOI, u can take itc in gstr3b if already not taken

Yes u can take... U hv not taken it earlier and paid extra tax which shouldn't be paid... Now less tax deposit... In gstr 3 that portion carry forward and in the month of November u can adjust the same... Bcz u hv taken now

U should think urself... If not taken in any month.... And after filing of GSTR 2&3, that itc carry forwarded... Then how to adjust the same... If itc will not taken then that carry forward inout will remain forever

In gstr2 in the same month of july... And it will be uploaded by ur suppliers also... Later carry forwarded itc in gstr3 should be set off in month of November
