itc if no entry in gstr 2 a
supplier has issued us GST invoice showing our correct GST no. ,but not entered details in his GSTR 1 ,. we have requested them a lot of times, but they did not do so...can we avail input on the basis of GST invoice

Yes you can avail the credit based on the GST Invoice issued by the seller.
